Beds come in a beautiful retail box and include the bed, a plush gray slip cover with black paw prints, an electric pump, repair kit and complete instructions.

It's easy to order, just click the PayPal button of your choice and you will be directed to a secure PayPal payment form. You do not need to have a Paypal account. You can login to your Paypal account if you have one OR enter your credit card, shipping information and e-mail address. Always make sure your address is current. Extra Slip Cover purchases are separate transactions. Once the order has been placed you will receive a receipt by e-mail.

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Shipments go out via UPS within 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Always provide us with a physical house or business address. We offer free shipping within the Continental United States excluding Hawaii & Alaska. We are unable to ship to PO and APO boxes.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:
We have made every effort to give you a superior quality product that meets your high standards for convenience, comfort and durability. If your product is not working properly, please contact us by telephone or email.

Contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number. We cannot issue a refund without this.

We will only accept returns of unused items. Only items in new and unused conditon will be refunded. Items must be returned in original packaging and must be received in original, unused, re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund.

WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will replace or repair the product at the discretion of the manufacturer in the rare case it is necessary. However, the warranty is void on this product or any part that has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse (which includes a dog chewing on the bed or cover), or has operated contrary to the SnoozAIR instruction guidelines. The product must be carefully packaged and delivered with charges prepaid. The customer shall be responsible for all damages incurred in shipping.
